I called Carpetronex on Monday to try and schedule a carpet cleaning. Bruce scheduled us on Friday of the same week. Don, the service tech, did a wonderful job. Very professional and polite. Will be happy to use them in the future.

A true professional, Bruce arrived and prepared for cleaning two chairs. Afterwards, all was neat and tidy, and our chairs look amazing! Per my request, he gave us an estimate for carpet cleaning, too. Bruce has our future business!

Bruce was responsive with a reasonable quote in a timely fashion. I was able to get on the schedule the same week. Don and Charles cleaned my natural stone tile and grout in two bathrooms and an eat in kitchen today. Everything looks great!
