I hired Kevin to paint my home which included two bathroom, 1 laundry room, upstairs hallway and the staircase walls which were pretty tall, ceilings, and baseboards. Kevin and his partner finished the job in two days and I am more than happy with the results. He was very professional and reasonable, I would definitely hire him again in the future !

I hired Ochoa construction to have my entire house painted in addition to ceiling repair. He and his team spent four days making repairs and painting the entire house including baseboards and ceilings. They did an excellent job and saved me a lot of time getting my place rental ready. I will be hiring him again for future needs such as deck painting in the spring.

Kevin is very easy to work with. He’s very accommodating to last minute changes with our home projects. Kevin as done the following work for us: -built a deck with a w/c accessible ramp -built a closet in our OTG bonus room -built us a work out room in an area of our unfinished basement
