At Bello’s Cleaning, we offer transparent, honest pricing with no hidden fees. We proudly support Cleaning for a Reason, a nonprofit that provides free house cleanings to cancer patients. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
What is your typical process for working with a new customer? Once we’ve received some basic information about your home (such as size, condition, and type of service needed), we’ll provide you with a customized quote over the phone. If you’d like to move forward, we’ll reserve your appointment with a 20% deposit, which goes directly toward the total cost of your service. This deposit helps us secure your spot on the schedule and prepare our team and supplies in advance. We’re happy to answer any questions along the way to make your experience smooth, clear, and stress-free!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Every single member of our team completes a 2-week hands-on training program before being assigned to a client’s home. During this time, they learn our cleaning systems, safety protocols, and quality standards. We also conduct regular ongoing training to ensure all our technicians stay up to date on best practices, efficiency techniques, and customer service. Quality and consistency are our priorities — and training is the foundation that supports both.
