Our pricing is transparent and based on the size of the space, level of cleaning needed, and frequency of service. We offer flat-rate pricing whenever possible so there are no surprises. Discounts are available for recurring cleanings (weekly, biweekly, monthly). There are no hidden fees—any add-ons or deep-clean services are discussed and approved upfront.

We start with a quick conversation to understand your needs, followed by a walkthrough or questionnaire to assess the space. From there, we provide a clear quote and service plan. Once approved, we schedule the cleaning at a time that works best for you and ensure consistent communication before and after service.
