- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Priceses vary depending on project. We do have standard pricing for bulk deliveries you can find on our website.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customer service is our priority. From the first time we meet, to the end of your project. Once a customer contacts us we schedule a time to meet at the property and go over the scope of work and any plans or ideas the homeowner has. If plans are needed we would help with them. Some homeowners have plans and ideas, other projects we start from scratch with the customer. We will provide a written, itemized estimate. We then would make any needed changes and sign a contract. Time frame for work is discussed and job will be put on our schedule. At this time we would request a deposit if necessary.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are Belgard certified in paver and wall installation.
