Then they were there when they said they would be. That's gold! They treated our piano with care and efficiency, obviously knowing what they were doing. They were also positive and helpful in recommending other vendors to perform other parts of our move. I would definitely use them again.

5 stars - Outstanding work! The job was not an easy one, but Charlie and his crew got it done. They had to move an incredibly heavy antique piano out of someones home and into mine, where we had a large, difficult set of stairs to go down. Even though they could have easily said, sorry this piano is just too heavy to get down there, they figured out a way to get it in. On top of this they were really kind and really willing to help, even on a moment's notice. I made the thumbtack request at noon and he was able to help out only a few hours later. So, BRAVO Charlie, thank you so much!!! I love my new (old) piano - you guys made my day!!
