Erick has been very responsive and accommodating since I first reached out via Thumbtack. He was quick to reply and come by my house and take a look at the yard and provide a quote for his work right away (regular mowing service and a full weed treatment for the front/back yard). My backyard is fenced in so I knew the back would take a longer due to needing to mow with a push mower as the gate isn't wide enough; however, Erick and team managed to get the job done extremely fast they do an awesome job. So excited to finally have a backyard with grass, again!

Erick came by on a Sunday to provide a quote and thoroughly explained everything needed to get my yard back in shape. He even asked what length I preferred the grass to be cut, which showed he truly cares about meeting the customer’s preferences. He told me he would call once his schedule was set and let me know when he'd be working in my area (Cloverleaf). True to his word, he called and came out on Wednesday to take care of the yard. I’m very pleased with the results. Erick also noticed a bunny nest in the backyard and made sure to carefully cut around it—showing he not only cares about his work but also the wildlife in the yard.
