A true professional, Bruce arrived and prepared for cleaning two chairs. Afterwards, all was neat and tidy, and our chairs look amazing! Per my request, he gave us an estimate for carpet cleaning, too. Bruce has our future business!

I called Carpetronex on Monday to try and schedule a carpet cleaning. Bruce scheduled us on Friday of the same week. Don, the service tech, did a wonderful job. Very professional and polite. Will be happy to use them in the future.

Carpetronix saved us thousands. Our puppy decided to chew and drag an ink-filled pen across an Italian leather (gray) sofa we purchased while living in Europe. We're talking splotches of ink everywhere. Bruce saved our sofa at a fraction of what a new sofa costs. Even before he came over, he gave us contact information for a leather specialist that could replace or restain the damaged leather and gave us the option to call the leather specialist first. Thank you for a job well done.
