FAQs

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

I didn't set out to be a web designer at all. In fact, after a 17 year career in the legal field, I got into outside sales and started making a 6-figure income in 2004. I always loved teaching and inspiring women, so I started a website (www.becomea6figurewoman.com) and started teaching women how to become a 6-figure woman. That led me to start teaching an online course called "How to Make Your First $1000 Online" which really is about turning your expertise into an online income. That became a very popular course. At the time, I had a web designer/Virtual Assistant who really didn't want to do web design work any longer. I was fortunate because she started teaching me how to take care of my own website. Then I took a 6-week online training course myself and took it to the next level. Within a month, I had a successful website design business and I've been having fun ever since!

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

    Wordpress Website and Blogs

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

The most important criteria when looking for a good web designer is someone who understands marketing and the sales process. The purpose of your business is to create income and often web designers get caught up in colors, images, design details instead of a sales and marketing strategy. Having owned an online business for almost a decade now (www.becomea6figurewoman.com), I understand the importance of traffic, optins, and how to make money online. I love helping clients gain more exposure, get traffic and ultimately make more money!
