Introduction: Established in 2003, Feelin' Good Studio provides foot, hand, and ear reflexology sessions, individual private yoga instruction, yoga massage, pranassage, and mehndi/henna body art in Leesburg, VA.
Lara Bontempo, certified reflexologist and certified interdisciplinary yoga educator, beautifully combines grace and strength in her reflexology and her teaching, encouraging students to work to their fullest through playful study, and fulfilling and thoughtful practice. She was a graduate of Omega Institute in Rhinebeck, NY, and the Nosara Yoga Institute. Lara was voted Reader's Choice Award winner in "The Capital" for yoga in 2009.
