Mr. Brownlee did an excellent job installing a commercial hot water heater. My system was old and appeared to require additional elec & water supply work because of tenants' "adjustments". He had a professional come to check the elec input & didn't charge me for that service. Plus the total price for heater and install was very fair. Mr. Brownlee is pleasant and easy to deal with.
