- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No, it's a case by case basis either bid or hourly labor and we do not supply materials, we require customers to pay for them but we will be happy to go and pick them up. Unfortunately there are some elaborate fraud artists these days that will dump the costs on the contractor. If you don't have money for materials, then you shouldn't be asking for someone to do the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet with them personally. It avoids misunderstandings and we work out the details.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
