Joe was able to get my refrigerator up and running the first day he came out with his Supco freezer control until he could return the next day with the part needed to make the permanent repair. Joe did an excellent job and I would hire him again.

Heard weird rattling sounds in my dryer. At 7am the next morning I set up an inquiry to Bay winds to come asap as I need my dryer on a daily basis. By 10am it was fixed for a pretty minor fee! Very happy with the service and will keep them in mind for my next appliance repair!
