Marvin was fast and knowledgeable. He installed an air dampener on my Whirlpool refrigerator that had worn out and was making continuous clicking and knocking sounds. I had already ordered the replacement part and it took him about 20 minutes to install it. He told me how to re-position the foods in my frig and freezer so the problem wouldn’t reoccur. He also tolerated my questions about how he Installed the part (even though I’m sure I was annoying him some 🙂.) He also gave me a hint about how to fix a problem with my Maytag dishwasher. I’ll call him again if I get in a jam.

This company responded almost immediately. They had a slot available to repair my washing machine the same day (that early evening). They sent the tech, the repair was completely in a very short period of time. I was very happy with the entire experience. I highly recommend this company.
