Dream Designs did an excellent job with my home renovation project. She came out to do a survey of all of the existing conditions, the new deck I was proposing for my yard and even explained the drawing process to me - I definitely recommend Dream Designs if you are looking to do some residential work, or if you are in need of to get permits.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Initial surveys start at $1,200.00 for and $152/hour for any additional time. Final hours can be determined once taking a look at the space - additional fees may increase with travel and changes upon agreed upon contract.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typical I like to meet on the site for our first meeting to get to know you and to see the space. we can also discuss expectations. from there I'll set up a date for the survey and give an expected completion timeline!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been working in the field for 10 years now on residential, K-12 schools, higher education, pharmaceuticals and recreational sites.
