About
Hi! I’m a licensed architect with 12+ years of experience across residential, commercial, pharmaceutical, data center, and recreational design.
After working at one of the world’s leading architecture firms, I transitioned to running my nonprofit full-time and now take on select freelance architecture and design projects.
I can help you turn your ideas into a clear, buildable design from figuring out what’s possible to preparing drawings for permitting. Services include:
• Kitchen & bathroom renovations
• Home additions & renovations
• Decks & outdoor spaces
• Permit drawings
• Space planning & design
• Commercial fit-outs
• Existing-condition drawings
• Design consultations
Whether you already know exactly what you want or need help figuring it out, I’m happy to work with you to develop a practical solution that fits your vision, space, and budget.
Please note: I am an architect, not a structural engineer. Projects involving structural modifications or load-bearing walls may require a structural engineer in addition to architectural services.

Dream Designs did an excellent job with my home renovation project. She came out to do a survey of all of the existing conditions, the new deck I was proposing for my yard and even explained the drawing process to me - I definitely recommend Dream Designs if you are looking to do some residential work, or if you are in need of to get permits.

My experience was amazing. The work was superior. It exceeded my expectations. I was able to complete my job and satisfy my customers.
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Initial surveys start at $1,200.00 for and $152/hour for any additional time. Final hours can be determined once taking a look at the space - additional fees may increase with travel and changes upon agreed upon contract.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typical I like to meet on the site for our first meeting to get to know you and to see the space. we can also discuss expectations. from there I'll set up a date for the survey and give an expected completion timeline!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been working in the field for 10 years now on residential, K-12 schools, higher education, pharmaceuticals and recreational sites.
