- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Potential Clients should be aware of Architect's Fees, which may be based on the proposed project square footage, percentage of construction, lump sum, or fixed fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Process includes discussion of potential client's building type, square footage, location, goals, and proposed architectural scope of work. If hired we then move on to develop the as-built/existing conditions of proposed project, then concept development, and finally permit drawings development.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A master of architecture degree from an accredited school of architecture within the United States as well as many of years of practice as a licensed architect.
