- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
-Our pricing for bartending services is calculated based on an hourly rate, with rates starting at $100 per hour per bartender. -A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking, and the remaining 50% is due upon the conclusion of your event. -To secure the desired date for your event, we highly suggest submitting your deposit as soon as possible. It is crucial to note that any delays in the submission of your deposit may result in a delay in your event workflow - including shopping lists, bar menus, and other preparations. Furthermore, to ensure fairness among all our clients, your invoice is subject to cancelation your invoice if your deposit is not received within a reasonable timeframe. -Depending on the size of your event - a bar-back, bar assistant, or additional bartender may be staffed. -Separate rates are offered for cash bars or liquor catering services. Please contact us directly to learn more about these options. -Rates and staffing requirements are non-negotiable. We ask that you value our time and respect our business by refraining from asking for discounts. Discounts will be posted when they are available.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer a free consultation call to every prospective customer. During the consultation call, we will discuss your requirements and provide an estimated cost for services. Once you decide to move forward, we will send you an official invoice via email - which will includes all necessary details including payment terms and information on how to submit your deposit. We follow a professional and systematic approach to ensure a smooth and hassle-free booking experience for our clients. ***Please be advised, we reserve the right to refuse/decline service for any reason.***
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a mobile bartender, I have pursued courses and certifications to ensure a high level of professionalism, safety, and expertise in the field of bartending. I am certified and insured, and have also completed TIPS (Training for Intervention Procedures), TEAM (Techniques for Effective Alcohol Management), and ServSafe alcohol handlers training. Please note that we do NOT hold any type of liquor licenses or catering licenses. We can assist with obtaining a per diem license, but you must contact us in advance to do so.
