Alex and his team did a great job with all of the work. Initially, I hired him to replace some flooring near our backdoor. He was extremely quick to respond and showed up on time the next day to give me an estimate. Its rare to find someone who not only responds quickly, but also can give you a time to meet and show up exactly on time so quickly. No waiting days or weeks. While he came initially for replacing some flooring, him and his partner ended up doing a bunch of other work for us. Refinishing scratched floors, repainting hallways, doors, rooms, fixing our back door. All for an extremely reasonable price. I had a bunch of tasks to do. Selling a house can stressful, and being able to hire one person who handled it all made it so much less stressful. I got daily updates, with photos. Again, something not many do but goes a long way. The quality of the work was topnotch. I threw a bunch of tasks to Alex and him and his team nailed them all.

Someone broke the rear window and basement door of a rental property I owned. I requested quotes from 3 contractors. Alex being the 3rd contractor. I hesitated to get quote from Alex because of the title, "Handyman". In the past 20 years, I solicited bids and hired contractors for various projects. There are pretend contractors, overcharge contractors, low bid contractors, and fair price contractors. I watched Alex perform his work with tape measure and research materials on home depot. This is when I knew Alex is one of two contractors I am considering for the job. When I received the quote from Alex. Well, he gave me a fair price. Of course, I hired him for the job. Alex replaced the basement door and window. He also installed a screen door. I am impressed with his work. The doors closed nicely and the locks worked perfectly. So, I hired Alex for another job. He replaced fence in rearyard. Again, I am happy with his work. Writing reviews is a serious matter to me. Contractors depend on it and so do customers. As you can see, I put a lot of thought in my review and rating. I gave Alex a 5* because it is well-deserved.
