- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Rest assured, I have insurance coverage and can provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) if required. To secure your booking we require a 50% deposit. The remaining balance is due 5 days prior to the event. I apologize for any potential delay in my response if you submit a request between Friday and Sunday. These days are typically when I am occupied with gigs. However, I assure you that I will promptly reply to your message on Monday. Thank you for your understanding.
