Have you ever felt like you’ve lost your sense of self after having a baby, and needed an extra boost to reinvent your look? That’s where I was before Ashley. I gained a lot of weight and lost myself. Postpartum seemed to kick me down and hold me there. Ashley came in and gave me a totally new perspective on self-care. Fashion is more than wardrobe pieces, it is self-care. She is very non-judgmental, kind, and efficient at her approach to teaching you how to style your existing pieces while piecing together budget-friendly options to help you extend your wardrobe. I booked two three-hour sessions with Ashley, for $500 a piece. She came to my home, helped me declutter things from my wardrobe that were outdated, worn, or simply too small. She then went home, researched different pieces that I needed to add to my wardrobe and sent me links for items that were discounted but still high in quality. I needed to reschedule our second visit because life happened many times, and Ashley was extremely patient. She worked with me, and never made me feel like I was an inconvenience to her. I purchased the items she recommended and she helped me style them at the second appointment. She laid them out after I tried them on and took pictures of the paired outfits. I was specifically looking for work clothes, and she definitely delivered. Now that the seasons are changing, she identified a few additional pieces for me and will meet me virtually to style those. Ashley’s sense of style is impeccable, and the grace that she extends to her clients is surely unmatched. I truly recommend her services.

Ashley went above and beyond. She’s punctual, professional and worth the cost. I wish I had contacted a professional stylist years ago. I planned a big gala for 700+ people and Ashley helped take the pressure off of finding a dress. She also helped with accessories and hair. She asks a lot of questions to get to know you and what you like. She emails, texts, puts together boards and links for ideas. She picked a dress I wouldn’t have picked myself and it was a hit! I was grateful to not have the job of finding the dress on my plate but giving me make up suggestions (photos picked out) and hair! It went together very nicely and I received a lot of compliments. She also makes dresses so she has an eye for good fashion and quality. Highly suggest Ashley.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Ashley-Star Style Agency has a non-refundable $50 consultation fee. The consultation is 30 minutes and we will discuss clients needs based off company required questionnaire, creative design, style assessment and direction along with plan and execution strategies.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new client, they’re required to complete a short questionnaire describing their needs, preferences, budget and sizing. After the questionnaire is complete, I create a plan based off their requests and we have an 1-hour session to review and discuss how we will execute.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a AA degree in Fashion Design & Fashion Merchandising and a certification in Fashion Design
