They were both incredibly friendly, helpful, efficient and transparent about pricing. They never tried to upsell us, which I appreciated. They took the time to explain everything they were doing, and cleaned our chimney so that it was functional again!

They inspected my chimney thoroughly and recommended my crown be sealed to stop the leak into my firebox and resurface my smoke chamber due to water damage. They showed me photos supporting their recommendations and gave a very fair quote for the work, lower than the others I consulted. The work was completed quickly and professionally

We had a pleasant experience with chimney sweep masters. They came in last year to replace our gas valve, ignition system on our fireplace. We did the yearly check up and inspected the fireplace again very pleased.

They thoroughly inspected my fireplace and flew and told me I didn’t need service. There was no charge for the house call. I find this type of business refreshing here in town.
