Ron and his team were very easy to work with and explained each part of the repairs completed. They did more than I expected by cleaning the exterior and even painting the log rack and smoke hood. The fireplace and chimney look beautiful.

KCRS responded to my inquiry immediately and sent Marvin out within 2 hours to check both of my gas fireplaces and give an estimate. I then arranged for service early next morning. Marvin and another worker arrived on time and completed cleaning of my two gas fireplaces in a prompt fashion and left the area very clean. Marvin answered all my questions in a professional manner.
