Ron and his team were very easy to work with and explained each part of the repairs completed. They did more than I expected by cleaning the exterior and even painting the log rack and smoke hood. The fireplace and chimney look beautiful.

The technician walked us through the work that they were going to perform and taught us how to safely turn on/off our fireplace and the gas line. He took the extra steps and time to teach us, and waited patiently as I did it. We deeply appreciate the workmen, but walking us through everything!
