Ron and his team were very easy to work with and explained each part of the repairs completed. They did more than I expected by cleaning the exterior and even painting the log rack and smoke hood. The fireplace and chimney look beautiful.

Excellent service of my gas fireplace which hadn’t been cleaned in years. Ron and his co-worker were on time, courteous and professional. They went above and beyond in trying out some fire glass I had bought but decided against using, and in trying to fix an ancient remote. Ron took the time to show and explain the work they did and to answer my questions. It’s been hard to find a company to come out and do a cleaning at a reasonable price. I’m so glad to have found KCRS and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to my neighbors. I will be scheduling regular maintenance cleanings every couple of years from now on.
