Justin has really helped me move toward my fitness goals. He has a great attitude and has designed an excellent exercise plan that is suited to my current body type and abilities. He helps me feel challenged and motivated when I'm exercising. Emphasis on yoga at the end of the workout is a definite plus: I always leave feeling great!

Justin helped me establish an effective exercise routine. He illustrated the different exercises so that muscles would not be strained, proper breathing methods to be used, and what was best for me and my goals. We documented my weight, body fat, and other personal statistics to establish a comparison for improvement. He maintained a relaxed atmosphere and was encouraging. He did not make me feel inadequate. Justin took the time to explain the health benefits of my exercise efforts which gave me personal commitment for a long time. I received occasional encouraging follow up calls.

    Make sure your personalities work. The most important thing is that you feel empowered when you are at home and motivated to show up. No workout happens if you are not there!
