Aissata B. says, "Jose and his team were very good! My AC went out, and I reached out to thumbtack to about 4 HVAC companies, and the first one to reach out to me was them. In about 10mins. Jose came out immediately and looked to see what the issue was. In our case, our whole AC unit was old from the 1990's. He took his time and took everything apart to see what the problem was. We had multiple issues: the condenser was messed up, the unit itself was old and messed up, and there was no more freon indicating a leak somewhere in the system. He later explained everything to us and broke it down in layman's term. He quoted us 2 prices. The price for a new system or for just to buy the parts needed to patch up the system. He told us the advantages and disadvantages for both. We chose to buy a new system since our unit is so old. He then explained to us that the heating unit is also old and is attached. So do we want to change that as well or wait? We went ahead and got a whole new heating and AC system. The total price was very reasonable. The next day, he went to buy all the parts and the units. Then, the day after they came early in the morning at 7am to take the old unit and install the new unit. It was so hot that day, but Jose and his partner worked all day diligently. By 9:45 pm, they turned on my AC to check, and it was on. My HVAC unit was a real challenge to work on. They did an amazing job within short notice. I highly recommend this company for the price and the good work! They know their stuff!"See more
