- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Half-day rate = $400 (4-hour minimum for hire) Full-day rate = $800
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to introduce myself over the phone and get a better understanding of your projects. We then schedule a time for me to meet you and get a visual of the project. A date to perform the work is finalized, and you become another happy customer!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked as a superintendent for a home builder for many years. Following that I owned a high-level remolding company where we focused on kitchen and large bathroom renovations. I have consistently done work for real estate agents as well as rental owners who need property projects completed quickly and at a highly professional level. I'm an extremely clean and tidy person who comes to a job more than prepared.
