Five years ago we wanted to have a new kitchen put in, hopefully before moving into our new home. Matt and his team were easy to communicate with, listened carefully to what we were looking to do and offered input with ideas. Everyone we worked with was courteous, professional and did quality work. Having an entire kitchen put in was expensive no doubt. But we felt Kingsway was fair priced, and my husband would know since he's been in the construction business for over fifty years and has been a chief estimator for many of them, so he knows what things should cost. It's comforting working with a company you can trust. That's huge considering trust filters into every aspect of the job.

Matt's team at Kingway Builder are true professionals and experts in their craft. They worked on my 3-bedroom house in Baltimore City and completely replaced the kitchen subfloor and joists, new plywood floor and put in new support posts.I was very impressed with Kingway Builder's attention to detail and how they could explain everything they were doing and why. This was a big job and they handed it masterfully . They clearly had the experience and knew exactly what needed to be done. Also, their work was very neat and they cleaned up everything. Also, this was done at a very fair price. I would highly recommend Kingway Builder for complex demo and construction work.

They did an addition converting our carport to a bedroom and full ADA compliant bathroom with a hallway to exit the back of the house.Kingsway came recommended to us by a friend and we are so glad we went with them. Incredibly pleasant to work with through the entire process, responsive and accommodating to last minute changes. Would highly recommend
