James was so helpful with the punch list I had. We agreed to a price for several items (wall patch work, painting, close floor gaps in a closet). Turns out there were 3 others items that needed to be addressed, and James had the skill and tools to take care of them: missing floor boards in the closet; leaking pipe under kitchen sink; one badly broken bathroom floor tile. James was professional, skillful, and efficient! I would hire him again for my handyman needs.
