Me. Zachary and his wife arrived punctually. They have great customer service skills and responds in a timely fashion! Reasonably Priced! They’re very professional, friendly and warm people. Even though Mr. Zachary couldn’t repair my chair at time of service (Need To Find/Order Part First) he seemed quite knowledgeable and offered to come back once I get the part to install it!! Will Use Again!

Mr. Johnson responded to my project request the same day I sent it to his review. I had a long list of task to complete that I kept putting off for years. Mr. Johnson completed each task and also informed me of an electrical issue that I was unaware of which could have caused more problems if not fixed. I have a new company I can now rely on to count fix my plumbing, electrical and other task around the house!

We entrusted our home to MPL. They arrived on-time for the initial consultation. Upon performing the work to our laundry room and bedroom. They clearly communicated findings that required changes to the scope of work and obtained our approval before completing them. The laborers were courteous, yet friendly and respectful, of my home. The observed COVID-19 protocol when needed and they completed the job in their forecasted timeframe. The finished product is magnificent! We'll be calling Metro Professional Laborers again soon!

Wow, I’m a little confused!!!! You asked me to submit a review, but yet you cancelled at the last minute and was so nonchalant about it. I honestly do understand that things happen, but as I would respect your time, you should do the same. I would never contact nor refer you to anyone. Work on your social skills with your customers first!!!
