10 out of 10, would hire Matador Properties again! Mr. Brendan was quick to respond to the project request, and very personable in person. We hired him to install laundry room cabinets (including demo of old cabinet, removal of old cabinet, assembly of new, installation of new). The results are fabulous! The new cabinets make the laundry room so much more modern and attractive. Mr. Brendan also hung a bathroom mirror which looks 100 percent better! He answered all our questions, explained why he had to put the cabinets against specific points on the wall for better support, and also how to make the mirror fit better in a tight space. Thanks again for everything!

Our experience with Brendan was outstanding. We hired him to trim out four windows in our sunroom. We asked him to match the existing trim in our 1927 Dutch colonial. He matched it perfectly! We couldn’t be happier with the outcome! Whatever your project, you won’t need to look any further. We have a couple of future projects that we would absolutely hire him again for.

I hired Matador Properties for several jobs (kitchen cabinet installation, kitchen shelving, and range hood) He did an excellent job on everything! He worked with my schedule even though it was a bit inconvenient for him, he was moderately priced, he did a great job and was super friendly and professional. He made sure everything was done properly even if it took a bit more time or effort. I don’t think I could have asked for a better service. I will definitely use him for any future projects and am happy I found him here!
