Hello Clean Machine Cleaners,
It was my first time using them. They were responsive in setting up an appointment in short notice! They did not disappoint by doing a a nice job of cleaning my house! They asked questions to make sure they met my satisfaction and accommodate any special needs or concerns. I would happily use them again.

I had a great experience with Clean Machine Cleaners!! Laurence was friendly and helpful answering my questions and getting me scheduled, and after a bad experience with a different company I am *so* glad I found them. The team did great work and it 100% met my expectations. I will absolutely book with them again!

Clean machine cleaners came to my residence and it has never smelled more fresh and looked more vibrant. The energy in the house is completely different. Laurence has amazing scheduling and communication skills. 10/10 would recommend to everyone I know.

They did an ok job of cleaning and I confess the house desperately needed it. But they didn’t do things like clean under the stairs or clean the step for the shower well. My biggest complaint though is the gross blue goo they poured into my toilets without asking. My pets sometimes drink from the toilets and this is probably something you should ask about - especially if there are pets. And it was NOT easy to clean out of the toilet tanks! Luckily no animal got sick but they knew it wasn’t ok to drink.

I have a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, split level house. Despite a few rookie mistakes with the house cleaning process, I’d hire them again for deep cleaning and move in/out cleaning.
The crew was delightful and punctual. The young woman that led the job was very capable and communicated well. She was clearly focused on helping my house get cleaned and represented the company well.
For an additional fee, they did a fantastic job with our oven which was a sticky, burnt mess. Dusting was excellent and vacuuming of rugs was the best I’ve ever seen.
I’ve tried several crews via Thumbtack and this one gets A+ on professionalism and communication from booking to wrap up.
