the client should know that we are a family company so our prices are fair we rate our clients and give discounts to our clients if necessary we will not lose a client for not giving a price that suits their budget
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
my typical process for working with my new clients is after contacting you together we schedule an appointment at a time convenient for my clients to show me what needs to be done and we agree on a quote then we agree on the day to do it and if the client agrees or needs it we do the work the same day and our focus is that the client is satisfied with our work and work together on future projects
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 9 years of experience providing my cleaning services to many families. I also work with my family doing different projects such as interior and exterior painting. Our company is family-owned, so we make sure to do our best so that our clients are satisfied with our work, that characterizes us. that is why every day we grow in knowledge and give our best
