Ubiquity Unity Cleaning did an amazing job on my 2-seater couch! It was left in the rain for 2 days and they were able to remove the stains! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our minimum to come out is $125. Preliminary Pricing is based off square footage. Additional pricing is based off of additional work needed to be done. For example, stains, pet treatment, etc.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We reach out to potential clients via Thumbtack or phone call, asking questions to understand the needs of the client. While talking with client we are able to determine which method of cleaning is more suited for them. Then we go over pricing and scheduling. Finally we get the job done with a high quality!
