I started by hiring Juan and his team to repair a toilet. They showed up on time and did a beautiful and efficient job. Based on that, I asked them to complete a few more tasks ... and it's continued from there! It seems that they can do anything and everything, from installing outlets and putting up fixtures to building a wheelchair ramp, fixing plumbing, painting, tile work, and much more. They have helped with tiny tasks, too -- nothing is too much trouble, which we greatly appreciate. Their work is clean, efficient, and done with a positive attitude and kindness. They are hard workers and work quickly. They are a pleasure to have in the house. Juan and his team are now our go-to for nearly everything. We are now discussing major renovations including installing a new patio and revising lighting. An excellent, wide-ranging, and high-performing company!

As a Landlord, I used Juan and his crew to turnaround 3 vacant apartments for rental. My initial thought was it was just interior painting as there were some water stain in the ceiling and walls. I'm so glad I chose Juan as he was able to pinpoint and correct plumbing and other issues that would not have been evident to a layman. He could have just simply painted as agreed and finished the job sooner leaving me with unresolved issues down the line; instead, he wanted to do the work right and I'm so grateful for that work ethic. He's reliable, trustworthy, punctual and his price is very reasonable. I would definitely use him again in future projects! HIRE HIM, you won't be disappointed!

Juan did a great job pressure washing and staining our deck. He was professional and had a strong work ethic and took pride in what he was doing. There was a small problem with some spots on the deck that needed more stain, he came back the following day and put another coat on satisfying the expectations we had. We will use him for future projects.
