I reached out for an estimate on brakes and rotor replacement and Melvin contacted me quickly. We spoke on the phone and scheduled an appt for the following day. He called prior to the appt time to confirm. Dustin came and installed brakes/rotors in the back, said I didn’t need them for the front. The brakes we purchased for the front were the wrong size so he ran to the auto store and grabbed the correct size. He was polite, helpful, and did the job quickly. I’ll definitely use them again!

I needed my brakes done badly, found nextgen and they responded immediately! Within minutes I knew the price, and my appointment was set. The mechanic arrived a little earlier than the appointment, which I appreciated. I was always taught “ early is on time and on time is late” I had my own brakes and rotors and he was able to change all 4. He was fast, but it didn’t affect quality. I waited a few days to review just in case there were any mishaps (I am a skeptical person) but everything’s running smoothly. I recommend 100 percent!

Fantastic experience with Next Gen Mobile Mechanics!
