I sent a text to Charm City & was called by Scott within 5 mins. I needed his service on Fort Meade, & he had been given clearance on previous occassions. Once I gave him the particulars, off to work he went. I was notified every step of the way by text & emails. From start to finish, it took 4 days to file & receive the affidavit from the court (which he did on his end)!!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Respond to the posting on the site
2. Discuss details
3. Issue Price Quote
4. There is always a detailed discussion to make sure that the customer has all questions answered, goals expressed and I understand their goals.
5. Agree on final billing.
6. Execute assignment
7. Payment issued and any follow-up with paperwork etc done (sometimes a 50% payment may be required).
8. Customer is happy with the final result and leaves a review.
