I needed the service to occur quickly. I contacted Scott on a Wednesday needing the service to occur on or before Monday. He completed my service on Friday! Not only was very responsive but kept me informed throughout the process. Additionally, his price was fair and reasonable. I highly recommend.

I can’t express enough how impressed I am with D’verse Process Services. When I had an urgent need for two summons delivered in different counties, Scott contacted me within minutes of my request. He truly understood the urgency, and to my relief, the entire situation was not only resolved and documented but also e-filed with the court within just nine hours. Scott was professional, friendly, and clearly an expert, turning a potentially stressful situation into a remarkably efficient one.

Not sure I would use him again based on his communication with me. Although he did attempt to serve within 24 hours of hiring him, it was hard to reach him. He ignored texts and calls and only after sending a frustrated voicemail, did I hear back from him. A pro with him is how thorough and detailed he is with providing pictures of his serving attempts. But I haven’t been able to talk to him for almost a week now since his last serve attempt.
Charm City Process Services & Notary's reply
We use software that emails the client a detailed report of each attempted serve. In that report are GPS and time stamped pictures or video. A detailed report of the attempt. We communicate when necessary (when an issue arises, questions arise, or we need more information). We have 30 days to serve, usually, so we cannot be calling each client 30 times, potentially. We answer text messages as best as possible. We will call client once we have served the person. Lastly, at the beginning of the job, we go through a detailed explanation of our process and the process of the court.
