McKenzie was amazing! He responded very quickly to my request and was able to come out the next day to fix my piano. This piano was a gift from a friend, and probably hadn't been tuned in decades. He did a wonderful job and was very professional. He also showed a love for his job that made me appreciate all the history and mechanics behind pianos. If you're looking to get a pianotuned, McKenzie is your man!

Miguel went above and beyond. He disassembled the necessary parts of my piano, cleaned places that had never been cleaned, oiled, tuned, and polished my piano. He even tightened up my piano bench legs. The piano looks and performs well now. I can once again enjoy playing my piano. Thanks

Miguel arrived on time and went straight to work. He was very professional and took time to explain what he did. The Piano had not been tuned since 2018 and I expected it would need much more work. Miguel explained it had stayed pretty much in tune with the exception of a few places. He tuned it, fixed some
"sticky keys" where the hammer was overlapping on strings. My piano sounds better than the day I purchased it. Miguel's prices are competitive. Iam so pleased, it is without reservation that highly recommend him.

I strive to keep my prices affordable and competitive with other techs in the area. I will always work a client to come to a fair price for a project.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love to do a quick phone call to introduce myself and gather essential information. This gives clients a chance to express any preferences, and it gives me the chance to best prepare for the job ahead.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed training with the Piano Technicians Academy, and continued education with the Piano Technicians Guild. Learning never stops, and I am always working to raise the quality of work I do in any way I can.
