What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All projects are priced on a per project basis. Each estimate will be based on the amount of work and time needed to complete the project.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically when we have a new customer we like to find out what the customer needs and expectations are so we start off with a clear defined scope for the project. We also like to build some kind of personal connection since this is a collaborative process. The ability to communicate freely between parties is very important.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our lead PM is a certified PM who has worked on various projects within the DMV area. Most recently managed a BGE project to redo the transmission lines from 5 forks to Windy Edge substation. He has over 10 years of PM experience and would be very excited to make a great impression on the behalf of PM Solutions to any future clients. Our IT Manager has a degree in computer science as well as various certifications in system integration, security, database management and much more. He also is previously worked as the IT manager for MEMA(Maryland Emergency Management Agency). Had previously worked I government for 20 years till he joined PM Solutions
