Not professional in approach. Communication is poor, Tenant verification was not thorough. I have never had the experience where an agent will draw up a lease without any commitment from potential tenant. Drawing a lease without collecting at least security deposits and at first month rent from tenant is not standard practice and has led to so very poor service. For the agent to still attempt to take first month rent from tenant without a valid tenant placed into the property is a questionable practice. I will not recommend this agent.
