We have provided property management services throughout Baltimore City & Baltimore County for the last 17 years! As a result, we have created and nurtured relationships with owners, renters, local agencies as well as community leaders.
We provide full-service property management, tenant placement and eviction services, if needed.
With the implementation of the rental license process, we worked hand in hand with Baltimore City to ensure that our properties were in compliance. We are therefore very familiar with the rental license and lead certificate processes.

We've been with KeyHole Services since 2007. Darlene has never failed in her duties. Not once! She's always provided quality service. She hung with us through tough seasons and easy seasons. We have two properties and one is not in a great area. She's always managed to get it rented. In fact we've had a longer term renter in that property now for several years. She keeps on top of the condition of the properties. She is constantly reminding me about water bills. Oh how I always seem to forget the water bills! She is the reason our properties are doing well. The tenants respect her and she gives us needed feedback. If we were to decide to invest in another property it would be a no brainer to hire her for that property as well. 5 STARS!

KeyHole Services has managed my entire Baltimore portfolio for the last 11 years. They are efficient and their customer service is great. During the pandemic, my properties were full with tenants who continued to pay rent. When some of our tenants lost their jobs, KeyHole staff walked them hand in hand through the process for rental assistance. They are very knowledgeable and when the city started requiring rental licenses, KeyHole’s staff made sure that all of my homes were in compliance, in record time. It’s not easy to manage properties in Baltimore City but KeyHole Services is fantastic at what they do! I would highly recommend them for all things management!
