Aaron Fischer with Staffordshire Realty has managed my rental property or close to 10 years. He is very prompt and professional with his communications and easy to reach. He also handled the sale of my property. This was seamless thanks to our longstanding relationship. He was patient with the process which took many months from first listing to sale due to the market and our wish to sell at a decent price. We have had our house in Baltimore City under Staffordshire's management since 2013. The fees are reasonable and we never spend a single second worrying about the house. Aaron & his staff handle everything, and handle it well. They make the appropriate choices to safeguard our property and to protect the safety and comfort of our tenants. He will neither cheap out nor overspend on replacements and repairs. He presents clear and accurate invoices in a timely manner. We had an unpleasant experience with one set of student tenants on their way out, but Aaron's requirements and standard procedures on their way in ended up ensuring that it was actually easy to remedy. He is professional, knowledgeable, and experienced. To begin, he walked through with us and pointed out all the things we would need to do to make the house rentable, and told us why. He can assist in getting that work done, too, like I said, he has a network. I have inherited another house in an unhappy condition, and Aaron has been very honest and frank when helping me consider its rentability.
