He offers a Very easy no hassle process, he arrived early and quickly identified the problem - we agreed on the price before he started - which was great. Respected that I was working so he closed the door fixed the toilet leak, provided a new drain pipe. He was in and out. Extremely professional and respectful Even covered his shoes. Zam called me within minutes and agreed to come out within two hours. Zam arrived within the time frame agreed upon and exuded both professionalism and customer service. He quickly assessed the problem (replacement of toilet's fill pump), quoted a price (industry rates - I received a quote from another plumber), and had a new replacement in his work truck! He also took a look at a couple of other small plumbing related issues and instructed me on the best way to address them. He walked me through how I could fix one of the issues myself. Zam was in and out of my home within 30 minutes! I will be calling him for all of my future plumbing needs!!!

Zam came to correct a sewer clog at our facility. He diagnosed the problem and took our input on our prior experience with the same type line clogging. He had the right equipment in his truck to start right away too! By listening to our suggestion, he got the work done quickly and fixed our problem with less work that originally planned. Zam is easy to talk to and offered a fair market price for his services. I would use him again for this and other plumbing problems. I am very glad to have found a good professional using thumbtack!
