What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a clear and honest pricing and the first price I give you is the real price. We do offer monthly payments/financing.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process is to get in contact with the new client, discuss what they need/problem, figure out the quote while on the phone, and present the options to them. If everything sounds good we can get you scheduled and start the process to get your roof replaced.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelors degree in Finance & Entrepreneurship from Shippensburg University & have worked in and around construction all my life as my father is a general contractor in Pennsylvania since the 80s and before that my grandfather since the 50s.
