Tyrone and his team were quick and thorough in replacing the flat rook of our Baltimore City row home (it only took a day). Even though my husband and I miscommunicated about a few details (totally our fault!!), Tyrone took it upon himself to fix the issues at no additional charge! He went up and beyond the call of duty to insure that we were satisfied customers. I would recommend Tyrone to anyone looking for any service that he offers, but especially to my flat roof neighbors looking for reasonably priced rubber roofs, you can't beat his professionalism and commitment to good products and good service! Needed to have a roof replaced after wind damage. Mr. Goodman took pictures for me during the process and I am totally satisfied with his work. They also did a good job of cleaning up after themselves. I would highly recommend this company.
