Ring did not provide the adapter needed to hardwire the camera like I wanted and one of the gentleman told me exactly what I needed and from where to get it and helped me order it. He installed the camera and is coming back to hardwire it in a few days to hardwire it once I get the adapter. These guys even showed up in the snow and the communication throughout this process was exceptional!"See more
