  • Live Music Entertainment

"What strikes me about Sote's sound is its rhythm of delight and of soul." (Recent review) Sote, a native of Brazil, blends a personal voice with Joao Gilberto-inspired Brazilian bossa nova, samba, MPB, reggae, African pop, funk, soul, and rock rhythms on his guitar. He has unique interpretations of songs ranging from Antonio Carlos Jobim (Tom Jobim) to standard jazz, from Bob Marley to The Beatles, from Joni Mitchell to Tom Waits, and even a handful of classical pieces. Sote has plenty of experience both as a live performer and in the studio. Please consider hiring Sote for your event, restaurant, bar, lounge, or recording project. Please include the date and type of event for which you seek live music. Rates vary depending on the gig. A small party involving little travel would typically be $250 for two 45-minute sets as a solo act. Weddings are usually $500 for two 45-minute sets, plus travel costs as a solo act. Sote can also assemble a band for your event, and prices are usually $125 per musician, per hour. He frequently performs as a duo (Sote + trumpet), trio (Sote + trumpet + drum kit), and quartet (Sote + trumpet + drum kit + bass). If you can offer a regular gig, rates are negotiable. Studio rates vary based on the complexity and logistics of the project. Prices may vary by location and logistics required (like sound equipment set up). Prices are negotiable for non-profit fundraisers and events. Thank you!

About Us: Winship is a full-time music maker, original artist, and cover band from the Mid-Atlantic. By the way, that's also his real name. He travels both nationally and internationally to perform live music, collaborates on a variety of music projects including apps and films, and is constantly writing original music. His work is rooted with a deep knowledge of guitar, piano, vocals, and drums, resulting in sounds that span from singer-songwriter to electronic dance music (EDM). With his experience and recognition, Severn Sound Studio, a premier recording studio in Annapolis, MD, has partnered with Winship to create his music and also give him the opportunity to produce other artists. Without a doubt his favorite place is on the stage performing live music, connecting with his audience, and giving a performance that is all at once vibrantly energetic, easy-going, and authentic. His original music performance as a solo singing guitarist, duo, and trio band send him regularly to festivals, artist showcases, and music venues throughout the region. Winship approaches his cover music performance from the same foundation. As an artist, he's able to make each cover song truly his own, enhancing the selection of music to feel cohesive and fresh while staying true to the song's groundwork. He offers something that not every performer can, which explains why his cover band performance has exploded in popularity over the past year, sending him from coast to coast to play at weddings, corporate events, and private parties of all kinds. The cover band, whether it's as a solo singing guitarist, pianist, duo or trio, tastefully blends top 40 covers from the sixties through current hits and can tailor the performance to be the main focal point or as background as needed at an event. Because of his EDM writing experience in the studio, last year he took the next logical step to DJ, allowing him to perform entire weddings from start to finish ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception, not to mention, throw a fun party of any kind. Winship is currently writing and recording a new album of original music that he'll take on tour in 2016. Behind the scenes his manager and wife, Lacey, connects all the dots and keeps everything running smoothly. She spent the last decade managing her own clothing line Kalivoda--voted "Best of Baltimore" in 2010 and featured on Refinery 29--as well as working on music videos, photoshoots, and alongside other artists during her residency at SOTA. She's no stranger to understanding what it takes to dwell in a creative field and loves working together full-time with her husband to pursue a career that helps people celebrate, get inspired, and connect through music. Lacey works on everything from booking inquiries to website design, and. sometimes just for fun, a background harmony in the recording studio. Our Services: - Custom Live Music for Events: Winship offers live music performances internationally as a solo singing guitarist, solo singing pianist, instrumental pianist, duo, trio band, or DJ for weddings, corporate events, private parties, and public music venues. The Home Of Ernie Fields

If you want the best and a fabulous professional Entertainer, then I am your man. I am a Variety Singer who has performed in venues across the United States and abroad; as you can see on a Google search. Our Band music ranges from Frank Sinatra to Motown to R&B to Country and more. I have an engaging way of bringing the audiences into our performances; inviting them to clap to the rhythm or sing along when they feel inclined. I grew up in Philadelphia and performed with The Blue Notes, Smokey Robinson, and The Temptations, to name a few. I am the real deal! I am a very polished performer and was trained and mentored by Harry Belafonte, and honed my soulful singing skills, while performing with The Commodores and Lionel Richie. If you want to add some comedy to your event; I can do that as well with my sidekick dummy. My comedy is family-friendly, and I was inspired by Bill Crosby and Flip Wilson. I am also a famous and popular Ventriloquist. There are Ventriloquists and there are Singers, but there are only a few who are doing a combination of both as I am. Our clients include Mayors, Law firms, Corporate companies, Hotel chains, Clubs, Health organizations, and many private clients. The Ernie Fields' Band will bring the PARTY TO YOU!

  • Keyboardist

    Steve Sauer - rock/blues keyboardist

You've found me, a well-traveled musical entertainer who sings and plays keyboard instruments -- oh, and the occasional harmonica. Here's just a bit of what I do musically: - Accompanying rock groups on stage at concert halls - Sitting in with blues bands at festivals or at town pubs - Providing instrumental dinner music for hotels or restaurants - Taking requests at piano bars - Entertaining at holiday office parties - Leading amateur pickup bands for special events - Improvising a keyboard part for your recording session - Playing the organ at church services, including weddings and funerals Styles played: Rock, blues, funk, classic R&B, folk -- and, whenever called for, liturgical or wedding music. Lucky me: I play by ear, read chord charts, and am well-versed in music theory. With a big repertoire of classic rock tunes, I'm ready to play.
