Introduction: I'm a licensed CPA with 8 years public accounting experience with an additional 4 years of years of accounting experience working in private companies. I have prepared 100's of tax returns for individuals, corporations, S-corporations and partnerships. I will input your transactions, help you setup your chart of accounts if necessary, reconcile your bank and credit card accounts, update your books as needed for other items such as vehicle loans, equipment loans, adding and removing fixed assets and recording gain/loss on sale, booking depreciation/amortization, setting up shareholder loans, helping you with payroll and getting your payroll tax returns filed and payroll taxes paid.
