I did a double-take when I saw that Matt Webb had 86 five-star reviews! Surely no one is that perfect, I thought. Well, after hiring Matt to replace an electrical outlet, I have to echo all the praise that Matt received. Matt responded to my Thumbtack request within minutes on a Sunday, was most anxious to help, and offered to come out a few hours later. I booked Matt for Monday afternoon, and he kept me updated via Thumbtack and phone three times after that. His communication was impeccable. Matt and his associate arrived promptly, even took off their shoes at the door, and were actually a pleasure to have in our house! Matt was enthusiastic, smiling, and upbeat about such a small project, clearly explained what he was doing, cheerfully went to the nearby Home Depot for a particular GFI outlet that would fit in better with our decor and didn't charge me for the time, and very conscientiously completed the work in just under an hour. I got the impression that Matt would tackle even a very complicated electrical project with the same enthusiasm, focused attention to detail, pride in his work, and solicitude for the customer's complete satisfaction. I will no doubt reach out to Matt for any sort of electrical problem, appliance repair, etc. in the future. He is not only an expert electrician, but a pleasure to work with and a true gentleman. All his five-star reviews are well deserved!

Matt responded to my request to fix a pendant light that had come loose with utmost professionalism. He has excellent communication skills and there was no unnecessary back and forth. He finished the job efficiently, tested to make sure the job was well done and even redid some parts that were not to his satisfaction.
