They were very responsive to my messages, including making time changes the day before. When they arrived, I didn't immediately have everything they needed to get to job done, but instead of sitting around as I got the material, they found a way to get working with what they had. My mistake ended up with them finishing a few minutes after they were off the clock, but they never mentioned it. They worked until the job was done, and done well! I was thoroughly impressed to find that all of these amazing reviews were absolutely true, and would immediately recommend them to anyone looking for party help!

Heather was very responsive and easy to communicate with before my event. She arrived with her bar and accessories ready to work. The location I held my event was a hassle to get into. However, Heather and I kept checking in with each other and she was able to get to our setup at a reasonable time. We will certainly call on her again!

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    I customarily price services on the staff and duties. For example, Balloon decorations is priced on the materials and labor. No hourly wage for balloons and/or decoration. However, event/wait staff and bartender job are hourly wages.E.g one waitstaff is $20 hours; two waitstaff is $40 hours.
