I recently had my shower enclosure replaced, and I am extremely happy with the final result. The project experienced a scheduling issue and my original appointment was canceled the week before installation, which was frustrating. However, the team that ultimately completed the work was professional, courteous, and did an outstanding job.

Details: Shower • 1 shower or bathtub • Yes, all supply and drain lines are in place • Condo/Apartment

I had Abbott Brothers replace my main water service as a preventative measure to get rid of old galvanized piping in my 120 year old home. Their quote was very reasonable, they were able to schedule promptly, and I appreciated that they actually take the time and effort to pull the appropriate permits. It was a big job and they did great, I’m sure I’ll use them for other projects in the near future.

Details: A few pipes • Other plumbing installation or replacement • Townhouse

My sewer line was backed up causing waste water to flow onto the alley behind my house. Mike and his crew from Abbott Plumbing and Heating took the time to investigate and discovered that when my house was rehabbed 21 years ago and a backyard concrete pad was added, the contractor plugged up the waste line clean- out with wood and covered it with a piece of tar paper. Over the years the wood and tar paper disintegrated and the clean out became filled with dirt and gravel causing my sewer line to back up.

I am very grateful to Abbott Brothers Plumbing and Heating of MD, Inc. for the professional job they did. Each step along the way, from the initial inspection of the line with a camera, to the excavation of the backyard and replacement of the waste line, to the final resurfacing of the concrete, they took the time to explain to me what they were doing and why they were doing it. I highly recommend them and will use them in the future for whatever plumbing jobs arise.
