My sewer line was backed up causing waste water to flow onto the alley behind my house. Mike and his crew from Abbott Plumbing and Heating took the time to investigate and discovered that when my house was rehabbed 21 years ago and a backyard concrete pad was added, the contractor plugged up the waste line clean- out with wood and covered it with a piece of tar paper. Over the years the wood and tar paper disintegrated and the clean out became filled with dirt and gravel causing my sewer line to back up. I am very grateful to Abbott Brothers Plumbing and Heating of MD, Inc. for the professional job they did. Each step along the way, from the initial inspection of the line with a camera, to the excavation of the backyard and replacement of the waste line, to the final resurfacing of the concrete, they took the time to explain to me what they were doing and why they were doing it. I highly recommend them and will use them in the future for whatever plumbing jobs arise.
